Till real Americans start standing up to these nutcases like she did it will only get worse. Of course, I do understand that can be dangerous now to do so. Just venting, I guess. Glad she got even financially at least. Although I don 't think most lawsuits should be over a million bucks but that's just a thing with me.
The plaintiff does not get that money, only a portion. (but more than enough for most of us) My problem with all of this is we need lawyers to fight for us and they are expensive so so many things slide.

And they have very different educational systems.
