    Susan, I would not miss a day of NOT taking Lutein...and Grape Seed Extract the same...eyes are good at my 84th yr. Grape Seed Ex keeps EVerything working better...disclaimer: if one takes pharma blood thinner then can't take both.

    Very very sad MORE don't know of it's Value, grape seed ex that is.

    Joy, i could not take Lutein. It did not agree with me. Maybe i should try a different brand.

    Strange, what did it do that didn't make it agree with you. I never heard this one. I take so many supplements and honestly never came up with one that did not agree with me, some that did nothing, but it's the pharma drugs that caused the issues.

    My doc prescribed presevision but i found another brand which had zeazanthin and mesa zanthin ( i researched and these complete the formula).i also take other capsules for osteo. I did check with my doc and she said it was okay. It
    could have been too strong but i was experiencing blurry vision and i also felt dizzy the first time i took it.
