    My mac n cheese, thin cut chicken breasts with Kinders BBQ sauce cooked in air fryer. Um something else and finish off my banana walnut cake with brown sugar and honey icing. Dang its good

    Had one of these, just grab one out freezer heat it up on the stove, and presto.
    Beef roast, potatoes, carrots, and onion.
