Haven't had Chinese in a while so I took a drive and picked some up. -Hot & sour soup -Fried wonton -Crispy beef -Szechuan broccoli -White rice It stinks that none of the Chinese restaurants around here have gone back to dine-in.
The Better Half had dinner with his mom, so I made myself a tuna salad sandwich with Cheetos. Now my fingers are orange.
A pasta casserole called Bat Wings and Cobwebs. I make it every year on Halloween. (Bow tie pasta, mozzarella cheese, hamburger and sauce).
Homemade Chicken Noodle casserole. It is already smelling good and if that is an indication of flavor, then it is a win-win. 45 minutes left on it in the oven.
It was 81 degrees (F) here in Central Florida, so I fired up the grill to fix some marinated chicken breasts, etc, and we had an early dinner on the patio. Everything tastes better al fresco
Hubby took me out to one of the last supper clubs in the area for our anniversary. It is small but the food is great. I had buttercup squash soup!!! tenderloin tips, broccoli and carrots. This place has fabulous veggies.
I figure they started the Wuhan Virus so they could get out of having to offer buffets. Tonight, we had Chinese food, by the way, but it was takeout and I never know what I'm ordering when I order Chinese food.
