I doubt it will get done before then, the the elementary school children have "Thanksgiving recess" and the end of session (school's out).
There are people who still refuse to acknowledge that Biden and his backers are responsible for the mess we are in. They blame it on the pandemic, natural disasters, those mean, bad ol’ Russians, anybody but Biden. They say the causes are complex and interconnected. Any old excuse to not blame Biden and his backers. I can only shake my head. They won’t see that on January 20, 2021 …… The economy was booming Black and Hispanic people had more and better jobs that ever before. There was relative peace in the Middle East. We were nearing an orderly withdrawal from Afghanistan….. without Americans dying at the abandoned airport. And leaving hundreds of Americans behind to be tortured and killed. We were oil independent and had oil to sell on the market. We didn’t need Russian oil. Russia was afraid to attack Ukraine. North Korea was not testing nuclear weapons. China was afraid to try to take over Taiwan. No or, at least, low inflation. We didn’t have freaks in the president’s cabinet.
I see that our brain-dead president is embarrassing us in France. Can't we just find a nursing home with an Oval Office to put this guy in? Have someone come in and shake his hand once in a while and he'll be happy. Maybe Kamala can visit sometimes and flap her arms for him.

You're probably right. Macron seemed to be the only one who knew his way around so I probably made an unreasonable assumption.

The story is that Biden's policies are killing their livelihood to save the planet while The Upper Crust gets hundreds of pounds of lobsters flown in.
I guess they are again making fun of Biden's talent with numbers. I heard him say that U2 (the group) sold 150 albums in their careers. I think he left off the millions. While according to the President, 300 million Americans died of Covid and another 200 million died of gunfire last year. I suppose that is why the border is open. We have to repopulate the continent after the entire population and more have been killed since he has been President.
A few days ago Biden came up with the idea to tell S. Americans NOT to travel to the U.S. border because they’ll be refused entrance. He also mentioned something akin to that they’d have to apply for permission to enter the U.S. Seems to me, that’s the way it was when he decided to open the borders and stop construction on the wall. Like his visit to the border, since he officially threw his name into the Presidential candidacy hat, he’s just pandering for votes and I do hope everyone with even half a brain knows it. He’s taken more mini vacations during times of national stress than any other sitting President and has never until now been to the border where many of our problems stem from.
And to that end, we do adapt to nearly any situation fairly easily. I think it’s just that there are some situations that we would rather not have to adapt to.
