Mine was a '61 which I bought in the spring of '67. It was white, and most likely was bought and lived its life around the Rochester NY area.
You and my brother. At our family reunion, he went around asking everyone how many cars people or families had. He kept wondering why Americans need so many cars.
If I still owned all the vehicles I owned I would have a very healthy bank account today. One car I owned is worth 85,000 today but unfortunately I got rid of it and no doubt it was crushed sooner or later. A 1968 square back 428 Cobra Torino. They made very few of those and most people wanted the streamlined roof. I had a two door white over blue 1957 Belaire , worth a bunch. A 1966 SS 396 Super Sport 396 3spd in the floor and I could go on and own.
I will have to dig out old photos but I’ve had very few cars ,I only got my licence at 26 years old cause I was as poor as a barn mouse and simply couldn’t afford the petrol for a car let alone registration / insurance Now days Hubby and I own our home / car we bought new in 2020 a Nissan Qashqai
