There’s a long winded way to explain it but in essence, they’re both central hubs for forums that pay people to post. There’s a lot more to it but that’s the gist.
I offered to buy Senior's Playground rather than reinventing any wheels, but he wasn't willing to sell it for anything remotely affordable, so here we are.
Not that it would have happened to you but I’ve seen some sites flounder badly after a sale so bottom line is that I’m sure you made the right move even if you could have purchased Senior’s Playground at a lower price. Matter of fact, I’m watching two of them go down the tubes now.
It was a pretty good forum and we still have a few here that started at the Playground. The other seniors forum probably has a dozen or so that started there too. Still, I’m happy that Ken kicked this one into action.
Me too , @Bobby Cole I don’t know what date this forum started I’m sure @Ken Anderson will tell us . I was invited here by a friend I met in a previous forum I no longer visit , that friend is still here as well I joined on Dec 13th … 2015. Never heard of Seniors playground sounds a bit …..No thank you to me
I think the first post was on January 21, 2015. The website was online prior to that time, of course, because it took me some time to set up categories and forums.
First just taking a break tio get things done, then had some family problems but alls well now, thanks for asking.
