Not a whole lot of information regarding Biden’s secret and top secret documents he stashed off site when he was VP. Seems his lawyers don’t want to tell him what is in them so now my question is simple: Will the FBI raid Biden’s home in Delaware like they did Mar-a-Lago?
site with possible interesting statistics tallied every tenth of a second or so... shows running totals changing constantly > lots of diffferent fields > https://www.worldometers.info/ 866,625,950 Undernourished people in the world 1,738,431,859 Overweight people in the world 826,280,576 Obese people in the world 19,776 People who died of hunger today
I read that they were about Ukraine, and also that they have known about this since before the November election. Apparently, now it has been turned over to the FBI and DOJ, for investigation. This means that if they are called to testify, they can beg off , saying that they cannot comment on an ongoing investigation. (Which will probably just be forgotten about) And the liberal viewpoint is something like this “ we know that Trump lies and cheats, so naturally we believe that he stole top secret documents; but we don’t believe that Biden lies and cheats, so we are going to give him a pass on this whole thing.”
Of course, they won't. They will report that they've investigated it and there's nothing to see here, despite the fact that, as president, anything Trump didn't consider to be classified was not classified. The president has that authority, not the vice president.
Ah yes, but the conspiracy starts with Biden’s lawyers telling him that he doesn’t want to know what is in those files which begs the question of how do the lawyers know what’s in those files? Lawyers, as a general run, do not have security clearances and even if they did, a clearance is still only good on a “need to know” basis so did they read the documents? And…if they did, are they guilty of multiple security breaches? Client / Attorney privilege isn’t by any means a security clearance and I believe only goes as far as what Biden himself reveals to his attorneys.
Yeah, they need to kick in the doors of both his home and the facility where the documents were stored and forgotten. Unlike Trump, Biden as VP did not have the authority to declassify documents he had not originated. Trump at least had the documents behind a locked steel door, while Biden had put them somewhere and forgotten where they were. Also, no one has made public what the documents Biden lost contained.
I understand what has been made public concerned Ukraine and perhaps the quid pro quo that Biden gave as an ultimatum of sorts to get the investigation of the company his son worked for quashed and the investigator fired.
I'm actually surprised that they reported the documents at all. I'd expect them to keep that tidbit to themselves.
The talking points we heard from all of the mainstream media was that it was a "handful" of documents, "some" classified, in a clear attempt to minimize it, which is the opposite of what they did to Trump.
I too question where the leak came from. I’m only guessing but there’s a portion of the DNC who are reportedly not happy with Biden throwing his hat in the ring in the attempt to garner another 4 years. Could be that someone in that ranking threw Biden under the bus. or The office was being cleaned out to accommodate another occupant so it’s doubtful that the files were discovered by the lawyers but the cleanup crew so it’s possible that before the files were turned over, a whistleblower from the crew went to the media. or?
