How one – anyone could be that irresponsible. And I thought, ‘What data was in there that may compromise sources and methods?’ By that I mean, names of people who helped or th– et cetera. And it just– totally irresponsible.”
They hoped they would retain control of the House and it could all be swept under the rug, but when the GOP took the House, they were afraid they would find them under subpoena.
They have found even more classified documents, there are at his home in Delaware, out in his garage, for heaven’s sake ! He was asked about keeping the classified documents in his garage by news reporters, and he responded that they were next to his Corvette, and the garage was locked. So, he thinks that makes it all fine, and not even concerned that they were documents that he was not even supposed to have, or that should never be in a garage somewhere, locked or not.

People on twitter are starting to ask why his own party is suddenly throwing Biden under the bus, because they are actually going to investigate, it sounds like.
Trump's were reported to be on a locked steel cabinet in a locked room. That was terrible. Biden keeping them in the garage, locked or not, seems to be fine. My question would also be< "Was the garage truly Locked?" If a garage is locked, the opener doesn't work. The locks are locking the door to the rails. A closed garage door is NOT locked.
The outcry from the left is mostly about how Trump resisted surrendering the documents. They claim that Biden didn't attempt to hide or keep the docs in his possession, probably because he's too befuddled to realize that he has them laying around for anyone to find.
How many of us think this assignment of special counsel will amount to anything. In the back of my mind it might be the end of the plot to get that other halfwit kamala into the oval office. It is taking too long for slo joe to croak and this smells like a scripted scenario and of course slo joe is too stupid to even think he is a target for impeachment or the 25th. He was a pawn when the kenyan selected him and he is still being used. Where is the special counsel to investigate he and his son for taking foreign money and giving millions for influence, not to mention using AF-1 to fly that crackhead to his scene of the crimes. The snowball is beginning to roll downhill now and just yesterday another democrat got a steep sentence for stealing a hundred and fifty grand from the democratic fund. Gambling and having a grand ole time but she wasn't smart enough to hide her stealing like nancy and others have.
His own party planted them !!!!! this is the end of the grand scheme of placing that idiot kamala behind the empty desk. Of course I could be completely wrong and it isn't his party but the FBI doing the planting. They seem to be pretty good at that.
Investigations from the House would be different from the Special Counsel and would have no power of prosecution. It would have to refer to the Justice Department for prosecution, and no one thinks a man as corrupt as Merrick Garland would prosecute anyone with a (D) after their name.
I'm hearing that Garland knew of the documents on November 2 (two days before the election) and sat on the news.
At the present time I’m looking at a couple of other things. Yes, secret documents were found at 2 locations other than where they belonged but the question still remains as to how Biden came to have classified documents to begin with and take them out of where they’re supposed to be kept? and Why are the powers that be and the press saying that it’s the same thing Trump did? First, the POTUS doesn’t need a security clearance per se because he is the foundation from where all clearances come from. Second, the Vice President is cleared for information but only on a *need to know* basis. If the President is alive and holding his position, it is the President who determines a Vice President’s need to know. In this case, since a VP cannot just snatch and grab classified information simply because he wants it and has to have a definitive need to know, how then, was he able to obtain it much more so to cart the files from a fully secured site without the clearance it takes to do so unless, Obama gave him said permission? Most certainly, even if Obama knew Biden was moving around classified files, he’s not going to cop to it which would leave Biden’s tail out there waving in the wind and subject to a charge of treason. Now, there may be those who will say that there’s really nothing in those files that will hurt U.S. security but the thing is, it doesn’t matter. Even if all that’s in a classified file is a report on the contents of a stool sample, if the VP doesn’t have the need to know then technically, that file cannot be seen by the VP.
