Really! Zipper compression socks. I have never heard of those, but then again I don’t have a need for them on any regular basis, only when I have to sit for long periods at a time. Therefore, I didn’t look into them that closely. They just make my legs feel better if I have to sit for hours. It would be my luck if I had zipper socks that I would end up getting my skin caught in them.
Thank you. By low, i had meant low in compression. If they fit well not sure it matters. I have the copper ones make my feet hurt. Have 2 from Walmart pharmacy..one is to loong, the other one is way too long. I may get at least one pair of these, see how they work. I do not put mine in dryer,do you?
No, I do not put them in the dryer. I either hang them over a hanger to dry, or lay them flat to air dry.
Ok. Hubby says they say to measure your ankle and calf for size but not your foot. If your foot is longer the stockings compress your toes too
I may order open toed. Afraid I would not like, but took a pair this morning, cut out toe part, and feel much better!
Oh goody….(sarcasm) The parts for the lawnmower and for the dryer are showing up today. It’s a given that I’m happy that the parts didn’t disappear into another dimension or get caught in a worm hole and land on some distant planet and I’m also happy that I’ll have a dryer that works right and a lawnmower that will be good for another couple of years after I’m done fixing them. Having written that, I can no longer find a reason to procrastinate so even though my order is a day late getting here and I did have a small reprieve, I guess I’ll have to start tearing the dryer apart whilst I wait for those packages to get here today. (sigh)
I'm about to order some "grow bags" and try my hand at growing potatoes. I'm sure it will be another case of tragic root rot or a harvest that nets two potatoes that end up costing me $114 each. (I had $40 tomatoes one year.)
