Incidentally, credit for the heart commandments goes to Dr. James Doty. The list is great to add to your prayer, meditation, or whatever you're into. I read his autobiography. It's an incredible story of how a very poor kid overcame huge obstacles to become a world-famous brain surgeon. His book is called "Into the Magic Shop". It is the best book I've read in the past five years.
