Thanks to Biden's puppeteers, your good credit is about to finance those with bad credit, allowing them to buy homes that you probably won't be able to afford yourself.

Real estate expert shreds Biden rule punishing homebuyers with good credit. -- Fox Business

Sometimes I think we are in a Formula One race and the crew doesn't know which way the race runs and the driver is blind and addled. This is similar to what Bush did in ~2006 that caused the 2008 crash. Lets see if history repeats.

We are definitely in a race. I’m just not sure where we’re headed in such a rush or why we are in this hand basket.

He’s placating the trans movement for votes.
He’s leaving the border open for votes.
So now he’s going for the “bad credit” vote.

Biden doesn’t care what the overall picture is as long as it gets votes.

Votes no longer impact election results. Biden is destroying our economy at the macro level, and he's punishing responsible behaviour at the micro level.

I want to know exactly where the authority to implement this comes from.

It won't pass, tax payers won't stand for it. So now people know why he has never ever accomplished anything in life other than get rich the criminal way and destroy a beautiful country that had laws and a future. It would possibly be 40 generations in the future for this nation to pay off what he and other democrats have charged. Truly the party of losers because you have to be pretty daft to vote for someone who would do so much to kill you and your family for a stinking vote.

Once people get hooked on government largess, you'll never get them off of it (and that is not limited to cliché entitlements.) Or as one of my favorite talking heads likes to say, "When people are used to getting two scoops of free ice cream, you're not gonna win an election by promising them just one."

Yeah. The people have not only stood for the current mess we’re in, a too large part of them have actually applauded it.

Between 1792 and 1858, Congress enacted approximately seventy-six public law statutes granting cash subsidies to large classes of military widows. link The corruption of Enumerated Powers goes back to Day 1. The Great Society was put in place during our grandparents' generation. And there was no way to stop it.

Reagan merely tried to right-size the already bloated new Federal Department of Education, and got shot down (wither Congress or the courts.)

Hell, NPR was stood up due to a lack of programming options, and in today's market full of choice and with a net worth exceeding lots of other networks due to the marketing value of the Sesame Street franchise, that cannot get defunded.

I told my husband that they seem bound and determined to kill any sense of incentive and personal achievement. People used to have a reason to work hard and be responsible for their own debt. Now, they will be penalized for it. What the actual hell.

Yes; here's a recent example. He led off with this... "Let me say two words. Made in America!"

I see now that the "eviction ban" has expired in most places, the default rate on mortgages is beginning to rise dramatically. People got used to not paying their mortgage, and the money got used for other things. Now that is all coming back to bite. I heard that property values on private homes in San Francisco have dropped 30% since before the pandemic. People who were counting on equity have lost much if not all of it.

It will be easier to get the masses onboard with confiscating the wealth of others if you destroy theirs first.
