The embargo was cancelled in 1987, the speed Limit did not go back to the 65 mph it was Prior to the embargo. To call the LIE an Expressway is funny, S/B called Slo-way.
All of my health websites have gone "Woke." I was on Livestrong looking up the dosage of something, and they said it depends on whether you're AFAB or AMAB...Assigned Female At Birth or Assigned Male At Birth. To make matters more insulting, after they lay that out there, the damned dosage is the same for both men and women! This garbage has got to stop. How did everyone get browbeat into incorporating "stupid" into everything???
Would be nice if we had a remote control where we can change the channel when we wanted. I try not to read about this kind of stuff because there's nothing I can do about it.
John the dosage may be the same but the ingredients maybe different. I'm sure you wouldn't want to take a female hormone now nor would I want to take a hormone for a man.
Dosages are generally, although not always, larger for men than women because they generally are larger and usually have higher metabolism. Ingredients in formulations DO differ, and some minerals are more important for one sex over the other.
I don't think John's issue is with dosage, but with the woke verbiage on that website. Instead of simply 'Male' or 'Female,' it's a word-salad of woke absurdity. (I was NOT "assigned" female at birth; I AM a female.)
It sounds like some committee decision, or that there is a quota/ratio that doctors "decide" upon. That being said, I read an article once saying that doctors have made on-the-spot decisions when babies have had "ambiguous genitalia." I don't know if that's true, or if it was an early salvo to get us where we are today.
I "assume" that with DNA testing so accessible these days, it will be simpler to figure out ambiguous genitalia.
I just wanna Jack Slap someone! Went to pay our utility bill at the City office. Normally we pay it at the bank,but since we were already there paid there. He used debt card. Was charged $3 for using card vs check or cash! .This dang town is 30 years behind on technology, but yet they are already charging as if they were evolving in the tech field.
