Sounds like this is going to be a big peaceful-protest by truckers from American/Canadian Truckers. I did a search and didn't see "truckers" in any titles so hope this isn't a dupe. This video was on Twitter but from last time they when they went from California to DC. I'll be riding with them in my dreams I think there's a website set up for the Convoy but I don't know where it is yet. While this convoy could go a long way toward showing just how many people stand with Texas, it could go sideways pretty quickly.
I have been concerned about this also, @Michelle Anderson ! We all remember what happened when so many Americans went to DC to protest an unfair election, and were set up by the FBI and local police, and we still have people in jail all this time later who have never been charged or gone to court. I have been reading that some of the pictures we are being shown are not happening right now, and some of the people who actually went to Texas and took pictures are showing a different story that what others have posted on social media. Even worse, if this whole thing escalates into fighting, then we could be under martial law and lockdowns again, and might even have the whole 2024 election suspended. This is definitely something that could go either way, or just fade into nothing; we just have to watch and see, and be careful.
I agree but I do think it's time for the people of America that are true Americans to stand up and at least protest I'd be interested to know who would take the first shot or try to bring harm I believe it would be biden's orders I just don't believe we should stand around with our hands in our pocket saying oh look what they're doing to us
Oh! I am sooo onboard with the convoy! I didn't realize that I didn't make that clear! I've been waiting for the coming "peaceful divorce" for many years now, since it became a reality in my head.
I agree with what you said Michelle I just added my two cents but I'm just hoping and praying that it remains peaceful and that it doesn't escalate into something really ugly for America's sake. What scares me most is Biden is like some sort of loose cannon I mean he makes decisions based on I do not know what unless he really doesn't grasp because of his illness what is happening to America why he doesn't enforce the law I don't know I don't even think he's coherent of what's really going on someone's giving him what to say and most likely what to do so anything could happen I realize that.
If anyone finds where they are putting up video for this years People's Convoy, please let me know. I can't find it on Youtube or Rumble so far. I don't get cable news, not they'd show any of the convoy but negative stuff, but I'll check Fox since I don't see a thing on it so far. Thanks all!!

That was the intended effect, to teach Americans that they dare not protest. This is made worse when one side is able to protest, even to the point of harming people and burning cars and buildings, with impunity, while those on the other side are subject to persecution for even being in the same city as a protest.
THIS is exactly what my thoughts and concerns have been all along. This is what they want to happen so they can have martial law/lockdowns, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they have under cover FBI agents and Antifa on their way to Texas, or already in place to stir things up even more.
I don’t mean to throw a monkey wrench in the gears of something positive but all it would take to disrupt the peace part of the convoy is some nuts like the “no more oil” types or antifa like people to sit on the highway in a counter protest. No doubt that tempers would flair if such a thing happened. I do pray for those in the convoy and that the whole affair is indeed a peaceful and successful one.
So what "can" we do @Bobby Cole and @Krystal Shay ? Do we just stand down? I really don't know what we are supposed to do, and I totally get what both of you are saying and I pray it doesn't happen but honestly, my prayers must be wrong because they don't seem to get answered. It's Trump that's being persecuted, as well as the Right in the news. It's like we are not to fight back even with a peaceful protest. Is there a time to fight for us or is there to be not time at all for us to fight?
I don't see a way to keep the wolves out of the sheep, separate the lawful, from the unlawful, talk about negative, I can sure be that and say we are doomed
I don't know what we can do short of a revolution. Maybe that is too drastic but I am cynical. But... it’s like what Ken said. They don’t want us to protest or have a say in anything. They are showing us who is in power. What the people want doesn’t mean s*** to them anymore. I think they are trying to destroy our country. And why, I don’t know.
I think the same way Krystal, it's breaking my heart, over and over again. I try to be strong about the whole thing but the truth is I feel very weak and sort of an invisible American. I've been doing mail-in ballots for voting in my small town. I don't even know if my vote is counting. It's hard for me to go out of my apartment, but maybe the effort of going to our courthouse and dropping my ballot there might be best. My little town outnumbers democrats with republicans so far but with the influx of illegals I don't know if we can stay that way. If any illegal gets to vote in November it's pretty clear they would vote biden
