I saw Ken Paxton (AG of Texas) won another decision against the Biden Administration and perhaps against the entire Covid spending package lead by Pelosi when she was Speaker. Almost everything passed under the "proxy voting system" put in place by Pelosi was perhaps declared unconstitutional. I am sure it will be judge-shopped on appeal. Can you imagine everybody having to give their Covid Relief money back to the government?
These "programs" are all back-door ways to throw Federal dollars at failed Democrat cities. That's why those cities are so free with the expensive stupid policies...they got no financial risk.
Well, if they do that, I hope it's quick since I have that much in savings, LOL! God only knows what all is going to happen to us if we don't at least win this election.
I am sure that it will not come to having to refund all the money, but it could lead to retraction of policies. The lawsuit was over the Feds dictating to Texas how they would have to treat pregnant female employees and gave pregnant women the right to sue the state if they didn't like the facilities provided for them. It was found to have been passed unconstitutionally by the Democrats in the House, but it reflects on everything passed by the proxy vote system which is expressly forbidden by the U.S. Constitution.

What a mess this country is now, I remember just feeling safer when President Trump was in, even when Covid happened I didn't panic because he was at the helm. I don't even want to travel "anywhere" because I'm afraid now. With millions of illegals mixed into our population, and many of us have no idea where these people are "hold up". I guess logically, they are hiding in the big cities, which really keeps me staying right here in this little podunk town. I'll never forget Fauci standing behind Trump and wiped his snotty nose on his coat sleeve, knew he was totally unqualified at that moment.
I'm in a rural county. I mentioned my "glad it's not here" feelings to a friend who told me that there have already been "taggings" of gang signs in our main town...the friggin' arrogance.
Yes, I don't get out that much, but our downtown, well, 101 runs right through here, but there is pretty much nothing here, no where to hide kind of, except up in our Redwoods I guess. We've had 2 shootings I know of, in the time I've lived here (8 years) quite a few folks flying their cardboard signs begging for drug money. Some of them you see them all the time so it's like their job. People keep giving them money which I don't do. I bought a couple of meals from McDonalds for people and one person was really hungry.
I saw mention that two Dems are proposing a "buy votes giveaway" from the government in the guise of a $2500 tax credit up to $5000 per household to purchase anything made entirely in the U.S. to boost U.S. "recovery". I'll bet guns and ammo aren't included
