No warping, twisting, or rusting. I about choked when I paid 15 dollars a piece for them at that time. But it was the best investment I ever made since I did/do a lot of baking over the years. I always bake my cookies, pastries, biscuits, etc. on parchment paper. No burning or sticking to the pan.
