It turns out that the $25,000 for a house (which only applies if no one in your whole family has ever owned a house, including parents, siblings, etc), is not a freebie, you still have to pay it back, so it would be more like a second mortgage on whatever house they buy it with.
Sure. Just like the "loan" part of Student Loan. And none of this is done through Congress, who is intentionally being marginalized so we functionally become a monarchy with the appearance of Congressional oversight.
One commentator I heard said that Kamala is only running for President because she wants to get into Uncle Sam's pocketbook.
Every damned welfare and gimme program is there so as to raid the treasury for the well-connected. Failure is guaranteed so the cash just keep on flowing.
About the only thing Walz didn't give Harris credit for was crossing the Delaware with Washington. By his account she's been the greatest President since Lincoln.
If a program that I disagree with exists nonetheless, I may as well take advantage of it. I don't see any hypocrisy in that. While we don't have the power to reshape our world the way we'd like it to be, we should take advantage of any opportunities available to us. If anyone considers that to be wrong, they should change the program rather than the people who are allowed to take advantage of it.
Leaning toward satire: Kamala nor Walz have ever been shot or shot at. Lincoln was shot once and didn’t live to be shot at. Trump was shot at once and shot once and Iran wants to shoot at him again so in a strange way, Trump’s score is better than Lincoln’s.
In case I was being too subtle there... Harris has never been President, and I doubt she had any real impact on "Biden's" policies. So Walz compounded lies upon lies.
She probably had as much to do with Biden's policies as Biden did. If elected, she will continue to have about as much to do with the Harris Administration policies as Biden did with the Biden Administration policies. Like Biden, she is a tool of people we would otherwise never elect.
Kamala Regrets Walz? VP Debate! New Polls and NEW Electoral Map Prediction Sure sounds like some frantic flip-flopping on positions.
Walz flipping off college students as they boo him? Very mature behavior for a candidate. It makes Trumps tweets look rather benign.
I hadn't seen or listened to this interview, but ran across it at dinner-time. It was so good, I just can't say enough about how right on JD Vance is imo, also, Tuckers questions were so good as well. I couldn't stop watching/listening it was so true. President Trump is brilliant to choose JD, I really believe in this guy as for our new VP, and I will continue to pray for him and President Trump, their families, and thank God for the wonderful chance we have. PS I was cheering right along with the crowd, I never heard one single thing that made me doubt this man will be an excellent VP, and President if he ends up running after President Trump does 4 more years. I just know JD is good for America:
He did that, wow, yeah, bet the msm is cutting that out of the debate tape! Like JD says, he and trump want harris/walz to get out a campaign more because every time either opens their mouth, we get another 100,000 votes -. That's not a quote, but it's similar to what JD said in the interview with Tucker
He is a good communicator, except that he referred to Kamala as "the leading presidential candidate," which probably wasn't a good idea.
