A friend of mine claimed she was being poisoned by listening to a doctor who prescribed so many pills. She went to a different doctor and he was shocked by what she was on. But, on the other hand, going off drugs requires eating correctly. Another friend bragged how she had gotten off statins and so had her BIL. But they had not changed how the were eating to eating more healthfully. Then, I wonder if they were making a mistake. 'Let food be thy medicine.' I really like Dr Berg.
I like him too, also Dr. Berry. Berry has gone over to Carnivore diet though so I don't get into that, I like keto, or just plain low-carb suits me fine. But I totally understand each of us is different and need to find what is right for us. I always want to learn new things, especially about nutrition, I want to be open-minded as that's how I found the good nutrition I'm doing so far If no one has "met" Dr. Unwin from the UK, I wish he could be my doctor. I love listening to him, and his main thing seems to be reversing obesity just with nutrition. He's very humble and talks about how he used to treat his patients until one of them came in and raised holy hell with him. Changed his whole life, and he's helped I don't know how many people, including me just getting to here his story. His voice is so comforting for me to listen to:
Your health should be in your hands alone as long as you are capable...and YOU should be the one to decide when that is not the case.
Thanks for that. I just saw a new injectable weight loss drug on tv with a long list of bad side effects. And I thought JUST CHANGE YOUR DIET!!!! The Food and Drug agency is bought and paid for. Hubby just pointed out a video where the WEF wants to prevent us home gardening because its effect on climate change! The WHO will follow if Biden/Harris sign onto their nonsense.
That is how the drug companies own the news stations, is with all of those drug ads, so they control the information the news stations put out. They literally own all the news now. Many people are no longer watching tv and are “cutting the cable”, so big pharma may lose its death grip on the American public if that happens. We never used to see any kind of prescription medicine advertised on tv, and now it is one of the main things advertised.
