lol I loved it when it came out..now after several episodes - the two of them got on my naked nerve and stopped watching.
Mark drives me nuts with his choice o shows now ndays. You can tell our honeymoon days are over after 34 years. He is on a Doc Who binge. The old ones at least -to me lack substance.
This is why we have 2 TVs. He is downstairs with Fox News/horror movies and I am upstairs watching chick flicks or Investigation Discovery. Sometimes we cross paths at the coffee pot.
My wife and I both work full-time but from home. However, I work downstairs while she usually works upstairs, although I'll bring my MacBook upstairs to join her occasionally. The main reason we do that is that we have different tastes in television. She watches or listens to political podcasts all day and often at night while we're sleeping, but while I like to (and think I do) have a good idea of what is going on politically, a constant barrage of news and politics drives me nuts. She also wants to hear every word and will back things up if she's missed something, while I barely pay attention. I figure if I didn't pick up on it the first time, it wasn't interesting enough to listen to again. Downstairs, I will stream movies, sometimes TV shows, and often documentaries, outdoor podcasts, music, and other stuff. This doesn't mean that either of us is right or wrong; it's only that we can't do it in the same room. Back on topic for this thread, my wife and I have been streaming "My Wife & Kids," which is funny but sometimes cringy and over-the-top. If you promise not to laugh, I'll concede that I am watching "Lassie," although not binge-watching, but going through it a few episodes at a time.
In my defense, we didn't have a television until I was halfway through high school, so I missed a lot of that stuff.
Now and then Y.T. movies and series, we don't have tv. Last couple days I'v watched Law & Crime podcast. Usually I don't watc this type of thing, but now and then title interest me. This woman is accused of killing husband and putting him in a burn pile. She blames it on her sons and they say she did it.
Mostly I like watching family's living on boat and sailing around the world, which we kept up with for several years now watching the kids grow up and parents grow older.
We have just started the new season 3 of The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix. We have watched season 1and 2. I like this series with Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as the Lincoln lawyer. I did not like the Lincoln Lawyer movie, which Matthew McConaughey was in.I think I watched 20 minutes of it and was done.
Hedi we liked the first several episodes of this one but it got vulgar and lots of cussing. Schitts Creek
I have to be in the Mood for this one. It's good in many ways, but totally irking in others. Frankly I seen the seasons and this is not on my repeat list.
The first 2 or 3 episodes were humorous to us, but then started getting R rated, im my opinion of course.
