I have heard similar things from other private charities and individuals trying to get relief into remote areas. The Feds won't help and they won't let others get in there to help either. I guess this is how potential Trump voters can expect to be treated from now on should Kamala get to the White House.
Good people in the US have already been treated badly enough! Everyone that knows right from wrong needs to vote, because we won't cheat to win. It's called integrity, and something the present administration doesn't even know the meaning of the word.
For anyone interested in Elon's story, this is a fascinating documentary. It is 2 hours long and I watched the entire thing last night. I had no idea how he actually got his start, or that he had been abused as a child. I also found his mother quite... creepy.
I think that his mother is changing a lot now, too, @Beth Gallagher . When I first started following her and Elon on X, they both were kind of worrisome, and she was a fanatical liberal. They both seemed more into paganism than Christian beliefs, but I have noticed that Elon is now saying that he believes in the biblical teachings that Jesus wrote. His mother seems to really love all three of her children, and she is now vocally patriotic and in support of President Trump, and MAGA. She attended the MSG rally in New York, and it looked like she was really enjoying herself. I think that it has really helped Elon to become more outspoken since he is actively campaigning for Trump, too. He always sounds like he has trouble speaking in public, but wants desperately to get his message out. I have noticed that since he is getting the awesome reception at MAGA rallies and the get out the vote rallies, he looks more confident, and speaks without hesitating as much. I have seen him almost tear up when the crowd goes crazy screaming “ELON, ELON !”, and I think it is because he feels really accepted , maybe for the first time, after growing up being so ridiculed.
From what they showed of his mother in that documentary, she just seems like a flaming narcissist to me. I didn't see that she was invested in anyone except herself. Bragging about how intelligent she is, then saying that she was "tricked" into marrying Elon's father. Horse manure.
and their stories are believable for me anyway Also, I think their pasts are a great asset for both of them, to know, understand and help our country since they too, are "of the people", or at least many of us
I'm far from a personality cultist for any of these people:.Trump, Vance, Musk, RFK, Jr., Gabbard, ... they al can make me cringe about one thing or another. For me it's their about policies and suppressing the policies of the forces arrayed against them. So maybe that's how people can stomach voting Harris-Walz? They actually want an authoritarian state with a socialist flavor and do not care for the US as it was constituted in the first place?
I had watched one about his life a couple months ago. he overcame it all and climbed to the top. I may watch some of this one too.
Many of us had strjggles but I think we can overcome them if we are loved by those close to us, faults and all. Yet some people have the struggle without the love.
None are without problems for sure, but the alternative is all problems, she will finish off what little is left of this nation.
