I was looking for a dog that would watch the place and warn us if anyone was around.
Getty the white Dogo has more than filled this position, she is also teaching Foxy and other two how to be protective instead of running and hiding like first two we adopted from vet. She is very gentle when playing with Foxy , but Leo and Massie want to play rough ,
in Leo's case he wants to fight, he hurt her already, last month Maisie and Getty locked onto each other in the neck really trying to hurt each other till Jake separated them.
She is highly intelligent and really likes me so her first or second owner was a woman.
So far, I feel I really lucked up with both Getty and Maisie, since shelter dogs can be messed up in more ways than one sometimes. Both are hyper but Getty is 2 1/2 Maisie is only 13 months. Getty less so than Maisie.

That video you posted said that were bred to fill a protector role, and that they had their aggressiveness "bread out" so they would be OK around humans.

Getty is also very easy to sunburn, she is very white, no hair around her chest, stomach, nose and thighs.
Now she has sunburned nose, chest, stomach and inner legs. I read they also get skin cancer easily from laying in sun too much, so she needs to be in a shady area from 11am til 4pm.
She is very hard to bath, abnormally strong. Jake bathed her once said no more till we build a bath platform to hang her on outside. Of course we will use it for all of them.
I need to put some wet rag on her with oatmeal to sooth her burn today though.

Thank you John, nice of you. Shelter said she ran away from second owner twice so they said " just keep her", she looked so pitiful and begged for me to take her and they said large dogs aren't easy to adopt out. Maisie is even bigger and more active.
I just wanted a dog that would bark loud. I wish I could take them all it is so sad, there was 80 dogs there many small not watch dog types. I only went for one but got 2.
    Do you have dogs?
