Heh, well, this is definitely... unique. I've heard of class action lawsuits for cars and electronics, but not for tuna.

 

Sounded a little "fishy" to me, but it's true.

 

Wonder why Starkist tuna was singled out when other products are on the market in slightly smaller containers at the same prices or more. I probably bought their tuna but I'm not jumping on this wagon.
