I'm so looking forward to the end of obama, maybe more so then the start of Trump, but he has already started I am a bit frightened so I'm praying hard for God to protect Trump and his family. Also, that those Secret Service are as good as I think they are. I'm hoping that Michael Moore's big plan is a total bust!

Good afternoon, All. It sounds as if everyone's doing pretty well. It's a hot one here. I wasn't prepared for 80s, but the fans are on, and I think it will go down to mid 70s soon. We were under tornado warnings earlier, but didn't get anything. I hope @Ina I. Wonder wasn't affected. @Babs Hunt and @Yvonne @Bobby Cole might be getting some of it now or later, but hopefully nothing too severe. I love epsom salt baths. I need to pick up some more next time I go shopping. I've never heard about using magnesium oil, but will have to try that when I can. Hope everyone's (in the US) enjoying the long weekend.
Thanks @Patsy Faye .......a very good morning to to you all I am showered and dressed ready to go to Heathrow. We have a taxi arranged for 10:15 it's around a 35 minute ride to the terminal, and we fly just after 1:00pm and arrive at 8;30 am the following day, Wednesday but forward 6.5 hours in time.. The owner of the first place we are staying at which is about 40 miles down the coast, will pick us up from the airport by car, so no worries about the usual taxi scramble at Indian airports. I am glad that you are starting to feel better today, @Patsy Faye , and I hope that you are soon back to health and happiness. Is the swelling in the ear gone now ? I am up and having my bullet proof coffee. I only make it with coconut oil and not butter; and then I add part of a low-carb protein drink into that and blend the daylights out of it until it is completely blended and frothy. Coconut oil is another one of those things that is supposed to help with joint pain, and I am still trying to get my bad knee bendable enough that I can ride a bicycle again, maybe by this spring. The weather here is wonderful ! It has been in the low 70's, and sunny, although we have rain supposed to come in later today, and maybe thunderstorms. It is almost shorts and tank top weather .
@Yvonne Smith - No, not completely - I've had ear problems for many years but never the swelling till now. Feel better emotionally about it though as it seems to be just another thing that can happen
Mornin'. Sorry Patsy, I couldn't quite hear it. Lots of noise going on around here last night. I turned my TV down but my heater kicked on and it's pretty noisy. Kinda like listening to the south end of a north bound jet plane. Feeling pretty blah. No energy, no sleep for most of three nights, fidgety, hard to breath, hard to swallow solid food. Called my doc this morn. Hope they call back with a prescription. I don't feel like going out there for a visit. That's probably where I picked up whatever I got. Or, my son drug it in. He's been here a few times in the last week. So, that's all I got. Going back out there and see what's on TV. Have a good day, Y'all.
