Ike Willis

Oh No, I'm just so upset to read that Ike has left this world ...what a lovely man, and although we'd never met, I felt like so many from his stories, that we knew him a little..like he was part of our family..Uncle Ike...and I'd read his stories out to my husband, who would every few days say...any more stories from uncle Ike lately?... He was just so entertaining, and a thoroughly good man..

We will miss him so much on this forum....our sympathies and sorrow go out to you Bethanne, and your family. It must be so hard for you...God must have needed a good storyteller in heaven. R.I.P Ike, you will be sorely missed...

Bethanne, how good of you to let us know......Ike was one of my best friends here on the forum. This came as a sudden shock as I logged in late today. I believe no one will mind if I offer all of our deepest respects in Ike's memory

 

Hello Bethanne, I am so sorry to hear this Ike was very much loved here, he will be missed. I will always remember the wonderful stories he shared with us of his childhood. He was a regular on the Good Morning Thread if you might like to read some of his posts. He contributed to keeping my spirits up many times over.
