Back in the day, several years gone away long hair and mustache with handles, I stayed far away, fearing things with low flames, like birthday cakes and blowing out candles. 'Tis now and not then, the mirror says once again I've no need fear those things of back when, Long flocks, now short and grey, but again with dismay, I tried to put candles out that glow, A puff and a wheeze, a poof just a tease, cause Ive no air in my lungs left to blow. Ah yes, keep celebrating indeed! Each day of waking up in the morning is good cause for celebration and it is our own choosing to do so. That said, while everything is now our choice to make, my mother decided that this was to be a special day and was way beyond my own choosing!!
