Not dinner time yet but my plan is to have a cheese omelette....and some veggies on the side.

Since I live alone and since its really hot in Fresno, I really dont cook much til winter.

Today I'm making hamburgers ( actually cheeseburgers) and French fries ( chips to some). Toasted whole wheat buns, mustard, onions, and beet pickles and some sliced jalapenos too. Catsup for the fries.

Today I am having clean out my fridge from anything that wont last til I get back for dinner.

So, basically small servings of different things kind of like tapas.

I made organic chicken curry for lunch so I'll do something very light for dinner. Probably a bowl of fresh vegetable soup.

The older machine did sausage links, nicely, but the newer one with the red lid, doesn't. ...but it toasts the bun, which is good.

LOL, I think I have the first one that came off the assembly line. It doesn't even have the removable inserts for easy cleaning. But yes, it cooks links very well, too.
