Good Morning. I have been busy these past few days @Chrissy Cross but I have also been having some problems with my heart beating irregularly again and more often. I thought I might have to call my Heart Doctor but three days before the palpitations started up again I had started some new vitamins (fish oil and lutein) which said nothing on the bottle about any heart palpitation side effects. So when I started having them again after 3 days on these supplements I did some "snooping" and I found that a research trial had been done and it showed that women 60+ who took both lutein and fish oil together were more prone to having heart palpitations. So I started trying to flush these supplements out of my system and yesterday was the 4th day of flushing and the palpitations were coming less often. This morning I took my first reading and no icon showing irregular heartbeats was flashing and I am feeling more like my "normal" self too. So hopefully I have flushed out the problem this time. Looks like I will have to research everything before I take anything from now on. Today is the first day we aren't expecting any rain after 10 days in a row of having some so I am going to run a few errands and enjoy a little sunshine today. Hope all of you do too.
Morning I'm wondering the same thing, @Sheldon Scott Nice morning here. Wife wants the main bathroom painted today, so got my march'in orders. As with most things, I look at the walls and think the color is just fine the way it is and she sees something horribly wrong with it. Good part is the trip to Lowes for the paint and I can maybe sneak a new tool into the cart when her head is turned...
Good morning everyone! Still hot with a high of 96 today. Woke up earlier than I wanted to because of Pickles, now he's snoring away next to me and I'm on my second cup of coffee. Glad to hear it was just the supplements causing your irregular heartbeat and you're better now @Babs Hunt.
Rain, rain and more rain! A lot of gardens here are going to wasted due to flooding. Vegetables can only handle so much rain/water.
Will probably be late on here tomorrow - we're going to look at a car and it could be 'the one' Its all go over here at the moment ............

@Babs Hunt Sure, do you want to get me in trouble? I have been married long enough to say I just hate painting... I swear this really happen. When she looked at my work, she said " you missed a spot ". Dumbfounded , I searched the walls to find my mistake, only to hear her chuckle as she walked out of the room. That woman knows how to play me like a violin... "Bazinga"
Good Morning. It's 1:30am and I've been up since 12:30am so since I can't go back to sleep right now I thought I would just come and read some posts and chat a little too. One of the things I don't particularly like about getting old is the way my sleep patterns have changed. Since it doesn't do any good to fight not being able to sleep, I just find something to read or do until I feel sleepy again. This morning it's coming on here and expressing my thoughts for a while and catching up on reading some of the thoughts, etc. that y'all have shared. My daughter sent me this photo of my youngest grandson. He just started standing up by himself and he is so proud of this. He hasn't figured out how to get back down though and with my daughter having tile flooring throughout most of her home, she has to watch him constantly now so he doesn't hurt himself when he doesn't want to stand up anymore. He is also enjoying how good real food tastes and can't "shovel" the finger foods fast enough into his mouth. Then he cries because my daughter can't put more on his high chair tray fast enough. I think we have another "budding" football player growing here. And I can't wait to have them all moved back here to Louisiana by the end of this month and living just a few minutes away from me too.
