Awww poop. I took it with my iPhone and didn't run it through any program, just posted it. It's not important. I'm back and feel better already, lol. Worked on my shoulder/arm for an hour. Lots of stretching exercises and he also massaged and stretched the arm/joint/muscle..that part was the best. I go back Friday. I'm also going to do the ones I can do at home. I think I'll get my range of motion back and if my shoulder pain goes away that will be a bonus. Right now my insurance is paying for 12 one hour sessions....I'm sure if I need more I'll be re-evaluated.
I hope there won't be, but if there is I hope it's not bad. Alot of times when we haven't used muscles for a long time there will be soreness at first but maybe PT's know how to work things so that doesn't happen. At any rate I am really glad you went Chrissy and I hope it works for you.
Greetings from a dull dismal dampish morning in Worcester........ I slept late because I took a pill at 5:30 am to get a couple of extra hours in, I woke at 8 and feel all the better for it. I am doing housework this morning and getting everything ready for an early start driving to London via Bracknell and a train........... Here are some delicate watercolours of scarred buildings in Belgrade Serbia which I like, they are by a local artist Silva Vujovic ...... Silva Vujovic was born in Belgrade in 1953. She graduated from the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 1977, as a part of the architecture and design department. She has been a member of the Association of Fine and Applied Arts since 1982, and has been working as an independent artist since 1991. Over the last several years she has also been teaching at the Institute for Fine and Applied Arts in Belgrade. Vujovic’s work awakens in us the memories of our childhood, of a life and ambient that is forever changed. Behind every weary fence, window, or door in her watercolors is hidden someone’s life story, full of events and memories. They make us wonder what happened to those who once live there, or still do. We wonder and we move on, and a painter like Silva finds in these places a new inspiration to preserve them for the future with her keen eye and brush. She paints the remnants of our times and events, just like life paints lines on the faces of their inhabitants.
I thought I would start showing y'all some nice places where I live. These are pictures of Girard Park which is near the home I grew up in and where my siblings and I often played. Today I thought I would start sharing some pictures of the City I live in and some of the places and things I love about it. These pictures are of Girard Park where I spend many days of summer at the Community pool and youth center there. I often took my children and some of my grandkids there to feed the ducks too.https://chooselafayette.com/story/girard-park-lafayette-s-place-to-celebrate They have fishing tournaments for the kids now. Two of my grandson's love the tournaments and my oldest grandson has won the contest before getting as a price and new rod and reel and tackle box filled with all your fishing needs.
9 am here and I am cofffed out. Temp drops to 30ish tonight- so have spent the morning bringing in my plants. Then I have to take in 6 more plants as my daughter has no inside room to spare. Am having hard time finding room for all if mine. Will move them around later- least they want freeze tonight.
Good morning, we are still in the upper 80's and will be for the next few days. Temps at night are about 56. Have a few errands to do today but no rush, I'm kind of lazy today. Hope everyone has a great day!
Good morning! Still hot here with a high of 87 today. Have Physical Therapy today and looking forward to it.
Around 55 degrees this morning when we got up. Still too cold (ok, chilly) for us. Today it will be 78, which is much better than the previous two days when temp was 70 and 71. Don't know how we are going to make it in either northern Colorado or southeastern Wyoming in the fall and winter, but will have to find a way. TV came on right away this morning and we were both tickled about it. I put a great 5-Star review on the tech's Facebook page. He's got other 5-Star reviews as well. Really nice guy and definitely knows his job. Wanted to take our boat out this weekend, but the tide times are bad. Next weekend is much better. Time is getting shorter and shorter for us to take the boat out. The water is going to get colder and colder. Since the boat won't go out, wife wants to go to the Range this weekend. "Be sure to take the 9mm with us" she told me. I love watching her shoot and help me reload the clips.
