Mine is the underrated and often disliked Brussels Sprout. I'm not joking, I love those little cabbages.

I do like most vegetables. Not too big on green beans. Okra is the worst.

Some I just don't know how to cook, like winter squashes.

    How about you?

Love Brussels sprouts also. I'm a veggie lover so very few that I dislike.

I'd rather eat veggies instead of fruit.

Me too I prefer veggies to fruit...fruit is too acidic for my hiatus hernia.. I've always loved Brussels..but they don't like me, so I can't eat them very often... I love asparagus.. mashed swede, buttered Kale, white cabbage ( not spring greens)... broccoli ( especially sprouting broccoli)... Butter beans , Mange tout, love aubergines (hate cauliflower, and peas)... not keen on corn... or carrots, but I'm fine putting carrots into home made soup... but if all there was in the world to eat was any kind of bell pepper, chilli pepper, gherkin or courgette ( zucchini) ...I'd be dead...because I hate the taste of them

    Potatoes...and beans...:D
I like fresh asperagus. Broccoli is best raw in a salad, Califour if eaten raw.
    Brussel sprouts are ok...roasted.
    All peppers if cooked.
I was a very late bloomer in the veggie dept:p

I'm like you @Chrissy Cross. The problem with many fruits is they don't taste all that well anymore. We live in California, so we have an advantage for fruits. And better fruits can be found at the farmers markets. I think I'll go to the Saturday one when my days off roll around. I got some good organic pears last time there.

@Gloria Mitchell I wish I could eat raw vegetables like broccoli but I can't anymore, they don't agree with my stomach. Can't eat nuts either.

I like most veggies, especially the cruciferous ones such as Broccoli, Cabbage, and Cauliflower. They're also supposed to be helpful in fighting Cancer which is a further incentive to include them in my diet. DH on the other hand is not a fan of most veggies but absolutely loves potatoes!!

My all time fave is Sugar Snap peas. Used to grow my own but now have to scrounge around to try to get them in the grocer.

I would say my least favourite is ???

No, I tolerate Brussels Sprouts Kitty....especially if they are baked with bacon.

The ?? means that I really do not have a least favourite....I like them all.

If I had to choose just one, I'd choose sweet potatoes. I read somewhere that they pack more benefits than any other vegetable. A baked sweet potato, a bowl of collards and a piece of fried cornbread is a meal fit for a king. ;)

I like sweet potatoes mixed with onion and bacon and shredded havarti cheese. Sort of layer it on a sheet of Slide and bake it for about 45 minutes in a covered dish....absolutely delish.

Sounds good. The onion and bacon I have. Havarti cheese and slide, I'm not familiar with.

Slide is a type of aluminum foil with a non stick coating surface. I know foil is not good for every day use but sometimes it does the job better than anything else. I have used it on the barbq to make wings with sauce, no sticking.
