Welcome Holly glad you dropped in on the best coffee shop on the web, Joe serves the meanest coffee in town, and Dave ships in an endless supply of goodies to tempt us, with not a single calorie in any of them, no idea how he does it some kind of magic............ Lara supervises the gallery and Chrissy keeps a look out while I purloin works of art from wherever its left unattended .
Welcome Holly, good to see you here. We all like to play, as you'll see looking at the threads. Lara Moss has turned into one of the best coordinators of themes that I've seen. Ken, our quite leader is pretty good as well, and as you can see, Joe runs the finest cafe around. Dave is our conduit to all things sweet and yummy from the bakery. So I hope you'll bring some of your British humor to our community.
It's great to see that this place runs on its own! I've been taking advantage of the mild, sunny weather, to finish the carpeting, railings on the porches. The fix-up frenzy moved indoors and we moved furniture and changed carpets, inside. Got a lot done, and gave the 1940 West Bend Electric Percolator a workout!
Looks like another busy day ahead! The coffee is brewing, and a fine selection of Dave's finest is waiting! We are always open, but don't forget, if you find the door locked....the key is under the mat! Ina, I hope you figure out how to scan and display your drawings. Terry, have a safe trip to Russia! Looks like a grand day, just up ahead!
Thanks Joe have been hunting down cheese to take with me, more successfully this morning just popped in for one of your double espresso's to help motivation with the packing.
@Joe Riley, I had someone come out and connect my officejet HP7500A printer to my new Dell XPS18 computer over the weekend. (Whatever that might tell you.) Now I'm trying to get up the courage to push the buttons and figure out how to operate the thing. I've beem hiding from it since I bought it last spring. I love my iPad, but I can't scan or print from it, and I still don't know how to use it well. Just ask Yvonne, that poor lady has been my computer advisor for some time now.
