These Chobani Flips are becoming my favorite "dessert" ...they are just delicious.

My husband is in charge of the Dairy section where he works and when things are 3 days from expiration he is allowed to bring them home for free. The Chobani Flips are my favorite treats that he brings home.

Just a few minutes ago I finished eating the Almond Coco Loco Flip. Slivered almonds, dark chocolate chunks and coconut in the greek yogurt. It tastes just like a yummy dessert and is a pretty healthy dessert too.

So far I have tried the Key Lime Crumble, a caramel, pretzel, chocolate chips one, and today the Almond Coco Loco. I gave my youngest daughter a cherry chocolate almond one to try and she loved it too. I also have shared some of the caramel pretzel chocolate chips ones with her which are favorites to both of us.

Have you tried any of the Flips...and if so what do you think of them?

Then I didn't have those. Can't remember what the other ones are called but the container is the same but it's less calories.

I never have any yogurt that's more than 120 calories....170 tops!

    They do look good though.

I stopped counting calories a long time ago @Chrissy Cross. As I've aged my appetite has decreased so much I haven't gained any weight for years.

I do try to make sure I eat enough healthy foods to balance my "desserts" though. :)

My daughter and I love them too...we are just having a hard time finding all the different flavors...the stores for some reason seem to just carry a few of the flavors.

Thought you might like a little background...Chobani is manufactured in my little town of New Berlin in upstate NY,it was started by a Turkish man by the name of Hamdi Ukalanya, who took a defunct Kraft dairy plant and turned it into a million dollar industry. This past January he was on 60 minutes, started his business plan in a booth in a local pizzeria.
He is extremely philanthropic, supports numerous little league teams, refurbished their field, was a supporter of the summer Olympics a few years back so catered a party in a field they rented so anyone who chose could watch the games on a jumbotron, helping themselves to food of all kinds...The 1st Friday in December they bring a trailer load of yogurt into town for the local people to enjoy.
There is a cooler in the local Y,for anyone exercising to eat a yogurt or a yogurt drink...
The flips were being made in Utah until they expanded this plant and brought them back to NYS.
    Chobani means shepherd in Greek...
    ENJOY:)
