Good morning from Munich my favourite German airport, I never get lost here lol I have moved 1 hour into the future it's 11:00 am here and I assure you the future is bright, sunny in fact here and warm. Have a good day everyone, catch up with you later as I move another 2 hours forward.
Mornin'. Have a safe and happy trip Terry. Another day of 54 rainy degrees. The last two days it rained or drizzled nearly all day. Snow is in the forecast for Saturday. There are no trips for me, except to the docs on Friday. Awaiting my weekly grocery delivery today. That's all I got, so far. Happy hump day all.
Good morning Senior members. A little rainy here this morning but I managed to get a walk between the raindrops. My son has recently located to Japan for his work. He has been with the NSA almost since he got out of high school. My problem is the 14 hour time difference. We have decided that he call, or FaceTime us early in the morning, our time. Seems to work best for all.
Good morning everyone, sunny and in the 60's today. Didnt sleep well last night so needed coffee this morning so have put off my blood test til tomorrow and it's my last chance as I leave for daughter's house on friday.
Hi I have arrived at St.Peter as the locals call it, it's 4:45 pm and I am in baggage reclaim waiting for my cheese filled suitcase, and hoping customs won't notice my few pounds over the limit. Bracing myself for the drop on temperature outside. See you all soon.
Well, I'm such a liar. I said I wasn't going out and I just got back from the store. My groceries came and I forgot to list a few things, so I went out after all. It's getting colder and the wind is gutsy, from 10 to 30+mph. Old flash was fine going to the store with the wind at our backs, but coming home was a bit slower and much colder. Snow is in the forecast, for Saturday, or Friday night. Let 'er blow. I love a good snow.
Good morning everyone, its 11:30 am here in St.Peter and grey at 4c with snow forecast for later this week. Have a great day.
It's 2:30am on a Thursday morning here in the little corn belt city on Iowa's east coast. 44 degrees under overcast skies and more gutsy winds. Today I'm staying put. I'll just watch a little TV, poke around online, offend as many liberal 'crats as I can, just my everyday activities. Tomorrow is doctor day for my regular check. Got my lab results already. Red blood cell count is low, verging on the need for a transfusion unless I can get it up. My online research told ne what vitamins I needed and what foods I should be eating. Seems I'm eating all the wrong stuff. Supposed to eat lots of leafy green veggies, (yuck). More meat and fruit, less dairy, like cheese. So, I loaded up on vitamins that were recommended to see if I can get it up myself. Hope the day goes well for all you folks. Stay safe and well.
You said yesterday you weren't going out Ike but did I will be a liberal 'crat for a day if you run short Good luck with the vitamins, and your check up tomorrow, cutting down on cheese would be a big problem for me
