Thanks @Cody Fousnaugh. Walmart is usually very good about taking care of issues that might arise when you order from their website. If we can't resolve this problem I'm sure I will consider getting the adapter if my husband thinks this will help him "see" better. If it doesn't I will probably return it.
Okay, the Company has agreed to deduct $5 so I can get the adapter. That will work for me as long as nothing else goes wrong.
I thought I would just add and update here. Walmart send me the adapter to charge the Digital Magnifier and I was able to give my husband his "later" Christmas present. He is thrilled with his new tech "toy" which helps him "see" better. It helps him read the invoices and order forms at work and to do his personal paper work at home such as balancing the checking account, etc. These tech gadgets are helping my Honey keep his part time job so I'm just as thankful for the help they are to him. When the time comes that the things I have bought don't help him anymore, we will donate them to the places that help those with Vision Impairment so that others can be helped with these things like we are right now.
Universal plug adapter is a handy thing to have around: https://www.walmart.com/ip/BESTEK-G...el-prong-plug-converter-adapter-set/178132781 just in case .
