Birthday not so good. Water heater sprung a leak, floor is wet, some floor boards buckled. Got to call a plumber as soon as they open this morning. Oh well, Just another pothole in the road through life. Not a big deal.

Yes, it absolutely is Yvonne's much celebrated anniversary of her birth. Much celebrated? The Good Lord has seen fit to honor her with the winter's warmest day (thus far) at a little over 70 degrees. Tomorrow we are supposed to get sleet and snow but for today, everyone is out and about and doing whatever it is they do. I wonder if the neighbors know that it is because of Yvonne's birthday today, that their weather is so favorable? Probably not, so for them it is yet another unseen blessing for reasons unknown but for us who are in the know, it is indeed an extra special wink from God pointed in the very direction of my wife.
