Good morning on a clear sunny day here, though the temperature has dropped to -20c (-4f) which is pretty chilly I guess Lisa is going to the university shortly and I will get some dinner a pork casserole for later, goodnight to those of you sleeping and have a great Wednesday when it arrives, ...... Glad you're feeling better today @Patsy Faye , I'm the opposite, had a horrible night and feeling very sluggish with no energy emotionally or physically ..I may have a nap this afternoon...I don't think this cold and rain is helping either.. Anyway , I hope everyone else is feeling ok today..

Good morning friends, it's another sunny cold day here and we are going out shopping later and in the evening to the Marinskii Theatre for a ballet by Prokofiev. We have just booked train tickets for our trip to the south on a long weekend in March, it's a 6 hour train ride to a town called Kolomna, I have also booked a one bedroom apartment in a quiet area near the centre, for around $70 for three nights. A few pics of the town which is full of monasteries and museums, they even have one for the history of Marshmallow and for Blinis as well .. Everyone I'm zombified again this morning - will have to try and find something that will liven me up on days like these

A very good afternoon to you all, the evening at the ballet went well and we enjoyed ourselves, I don't dress up for the ballet apart from smart jeans and a sweater, but Lisa always does............guess I am too lazy plus I only really have casual clothes here, that's my excuse ..........I have just made a fish pie for dinner and we were going for a walk on the frozen river Neva here this afternoon, but the sun has gone in so we will postpone it till tomorrow or Sunday .... Good morning all... It started off really sunny today, but now mid morning the clouds are hovering and the wind is howling.... I thought I had a Doctors appt today in town so I had it all planned to go and join the Gym while I was down there. Transpires that my appt is not until Monday..so my plans have gone a bit awry... Broke the door completely off my tumble dryer yesterday hinges snapped and shattered , so hubs is trying to fix it today...if not it'll mean a whole new dryer.. I won't mind because we've had that one well over 10 years...but he'll probably fix it.. Have a good day folks...be well...
Gooooooood Morning! It's FINALLY Friday. Going to be a nice, warm weekend, the way it's suppose to be (emphasizing the words "suppose to be") here. I mean, this is Florida. Anyway, getting the boat ready for the water this weekend. Will be darn glad when we can finally move from here. Way to many young folks blaring their vehicle music, you know, the "BOOM, BOOM, BOOM" stuff. People driving right thru stop signs. Speeding. No turn signals. Since moving here, the lifestyle pace has gotten very, very fast........too fast for us. I wouldn't recommend any Senior living here!
