I would like to visit England, Ireland, and Scotland as they were prior to WWII.

The Holy Land, especially the places where Jesus and His Disciples spent their time while on earth.

I'd love to visit New Zealand... but it would be too painful on my back to sit on a plane for 24 hours

I would like to be able to live close enough to the ocean that we could go and spend the day on the beaches if we wanted to. Living near the ocean would be okay, too, if it were not someplace where there was hurricanes.
last spring, when my daughter and I went to Orlando, we drove back home along the western borders of Florida and into southern Alabama, and both of us just loved being able to see and smell the ocean the whole way through that trip. We were talking about how nice it would be to live in one of the Oceanside towns that were so picturesque.
Now, some of those sweet little towns are totally demolished, from when the hurricane came through that part of Florida; so living there was not such a good idea after all.
Maybe , having one of the time share condos would be okay though, because a person could go and spend a week’s vacation there and enjoy the ocean, but not have to deal with the storms.
Anyway, my place to visit and not live, would be ocean beaches......warm ocean beaches !

If I had nothing better to do, the beaches on Mars would be a nice place. The Utopian ocean is a bit too far north but the Isidis Sea seems to be a little more in keeping with an equatorial, sunbathe and relax place to go.
But then, perhaps a trip like that is simply too futuristic and long for an older gent such as myself.

China. I'd love to see the Great Wall and other ancient places. But I wouldn't want to live there.

Yeah, but Emeril is opening a restaurant next week and they've already broken ground for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The place will be absolutely crawling with tourists. I think Ganymede and Io don't have the crowds yet.
