It turns out that when Robin read her brother’s message about sending me one of the old Dell laptops, she decided that I needed something newer, and she found one on sale on Amazon, and ordered it for me, and didn’t tell me until the laptop was on its way to her house. She is setting it up for me this weekend and will either bring it right away, or when she comes over for Christmas. The laptop is a small Dell Inspiron, and should be perfect for what I need it to do, and she even has a little mouse that she is going to bring along. A real plus, is that since this is a brand new laptop, it is also a touchscreen; so if I have trouble reading anything, I can just stretch it like I do on the iPad. It will be sort of a hybrid of tablet and laptop.
