Why did Trump walk away from the meeting with North Korea.
The news media except fox here are all quiet. The answer might be that the CIA broke into North Korean embassy in Madrid Spain and took the computers. Maybe Trump learned something he was not happy with but did not tell the news. Just interesting that CNN and the bunch did not make it a big story.

Because might be, maybe it's not true. Might be, maybe you're sympathizing with North Korea over CIA?

Please explain to slow-witted me if you mean what I think you mean here: that you would be accepting of the CIA over North Korea?

    @Lulu Moppet

HELL, NO! Most emphatically, NO. I would view myself as very seriously remiss were I to accept and condone any such murderous entity, be it CIA or North Korea.

Why? Because far too many "insiders", represented by former Secret Service, Law Enforcement, other Public Service, including many now dead, spoke candidly in fear as well as loathing of nearly-incredible acts committed by these "esteemed" people.

"the U.S. Air Force dropped more munitions on North Korea during the Korean War (635,000 tons of bombs, including 32,557 tons of napalm) than were released during the entire Pacific campaign during World War II (503,000 tons)"

"In his twilight years, General Curtis LeMay, head of U.S. Strategic Air Command, estimated that 20 percent of the North’s population was killed."

"As history professor Bruce Cumings told Newsweek’s Tom O’Connor in 2017, “Most Americans are completely unaware that we destroyed more cities in the North than we did in Japan or Germany during World War II...Every North Korean knows about this, it’s drilled into their minds.”"

The Korean War lasted 3 years.

The Korean War ended in 1953 in a Cease-Fire, not in a Formal Armistice. Nobody surrendered, as in all other wars the US has fought, up until Vietnam.

Technically, we're still at war with North Korea!

At some point, no matter how different we may all be, the chances of two people agreeing with one another on various subjects is inevitable.
Now, with that in mind, I do wonder what being a dictator or the leader of the free world has to do with having personal knowledge of Joe Biden’s intellectual challenges?

I mean, if you and I both look at the sky and determine that it’s blue, it doesn’t matter who I am or what you do whilst making that determination so long as we both know what the sky is and what the color blue looks like.

Obviously, Kim Jong Un and D. Trump have some experience with a person or persons who have a low IQ and can easily compare that knowledge and come up with certain characteristics that come close to that of Mr. Biden.

The DMZ, or Demilitarized Zone, is that section of the 38th Parallel dividing the Peoples Republic of North Korea (Communist) from the Democratic Republic of South Korea.

When I was in the Army, deployed in Seoul, South Korea in 1961-62, I was a Communications Specialist in the 8th Army Comm Center. This was during the ongoing US Occupation of South Korea, which has been continuous since the Cease-Fire of July, 1953, and is in effect to this day.

No Armistice has ever been signed officially ending the 1950-1953 Korean War!

When we were off-duty, we could take bus tours of historic sites in South Korea, such as ancient King's Palaces, Korean War battle sites, and other historical places.

The DMZ at Panmunjom is one of these sites. The Cease-Fire was signed in a small frame building with a long table, where the Communist delegates sat on the North side of the line and the UN delegates sat on the south side. When I visited the DMZ, the cease-fire had been in effect for 9 years, and the area was still under continuous patrol by Red and UN guards.

When I visited the DMZ, President Trump was 16 years old.

    That's all.....

On Sunday morning, we were greeted by numbers of jet fighters scrambling overhead. We thought maybe the Russians were up to something. It turned out that Trump was coming back from Korea, and some dentist in a small private plane didn't read his TFRs (Temporary Flight Restrictions) and flew into the path that Air Force One was taking. The joker was forced sown by a flight of F-22s. I'll bet that made his day!
