    I don't trust mine, either, @Bill Boggs . I think they lie. I know d--m well I don't weigh that much. ;):D

    Actually I was only partly joking. If you bounce up and down on my old spring scales they will show about 2 lbs heavier. Doesn't happen with the digital. ... Why? I wanted to see if I needed to step very lightly. :D

    Weird.
    Lots of salt the day before yesterday, including 3 hot dogs, no buns. No change.
    No salt yesterday. Mostly deviled eggs, salad, and pickled beets. Big drop this morning.
    It will go back up tomorrow. I love predicting and explaining these things.

    a.m. Weight: 129.0

    Going to up the calories to about 1100 for a few days.

    OK...
    I started my low carb induction last Wednesday and my weight was 221.8 pounds..
    Well, today I weighed myself and I am down to 217.6 pounds...
    That is 4 pounds in 6 days..
    I am on strict induction on the Atkins Low Carb..
    you know what I eat daily by my postings on the other thread "what are we eating"???
    I am definitely not hungry or deprived from food.. I eat healthy and 2 main meals a day.. No lunch......!!!!
    I drink lots and lots and lots of plain water daily.. About 80 or more ounces.. Coffee, pop and other liquids don't count..
    My goal is somewhere around the 205 to 208 mark...

    I normally weigh myself every Sunday morning upon waking up, but this week, I forgot, so I weighed myself on Monday...
    Once a week is all I weigh myself..

    My scales says I am another pound down, and my clothes seem to be fitting looser, and my energy level is superb. I don’t seem to feel hungry most of the time, and not really craving other foods.
    I used the My Grocery Deals website, and found specials on cheaper meats and fish, and have stocked up a little with some of the canned ones, which are easy to do.
    I think that today I will boil eggs and make deviled eggs, because both Bobby and I like those. Mayonnaise is definitely not Carnivore, but it doesn’t have any carbs as long as you don’t get Miracle Whip (salad dressing) instead of real mayo.

    This picture was posted by someone in one of the facebook groups, and she weighed over 500 lbs in January, 2018, and now about 250 lbs (and losing) in this April 2019 photo. She also said that most of her physical issues were either gone, or diminished.

    There is a good explanation for this. Yesterday I spent a couple of hours working outside, clearing a roadway, and limbs from a fence. Sweat pouring down in my eyes and mouth, in spite of a head band, because it got saturated. It was very salty. :p I'm probably almost salt free now. ;) Predicting it will go up tomorrow.

    I absolutely refuse to weigh myself other than once a week..
    If I lose or gain, once a week will do it and that will be on Sunday morning ...
    I can tell by the holes in my belt which way it is going and so far, I am down a hole..
