My friend , Evelyn (Joyce McGregor) moved from here and went to live with her daughter in southern Alabama. She does not even post much on Facebook anymore, and her health has been getting progressively worse. I think that she mostly is not interested in being on the forum, and just watches television nowadays. She used to post now and again when she was living here, but I think that she never really got very involved with being on the forum.
Where is Holly ? I guess Terry is still laying low ? Chrissy a person of the past ? Tim Burr anyone ever find out ?
I think Chrissy finally found a life outside these forum walls and I'm happy for her....though I wish like me she would pop in here once in a while and let us know how she's doing.
I just got back from seeing my Primary Doctor...so I will be updating my Breast Cancer topic and you can see how I'm doing over there Gloria.
As far as I know, no news from Tim Burr, and that is worrisome because he had recently had that heart attack, and then just disappeared from the forum, with no indication that he would be gone. Chrissy is online sometimes and reads, and like Babs, I wish that she would at least say hello to us every now and again, but if it puts stress in her life to be here, then I can understand her choice. I remember Holly was talking about her summer trip to Spain and visiting with her daughter there, and I think that is why we are not hearing from her right now. She usually shares great pictures of her trips, so once she is settled in and has time to be on the forum again, I believe that we will be hearing from her soon.
It looks like @Martin Alonzo was online on Wednesday, so hopefully he is okay and just taking a break, and will be back again soon.
I would appreciate it if you that may be affected by storm Barry- would post on this thread once the worst is over. This way we all can know how your doing and your alright.
The worst is over for us...thank God I can actually say it wasn't anywhere near the worst case scenerio. We are still in for more rain through tomorrow but if it's the same kind of rain we've been having Lafayette can thank God for "calming" Hurricane/Tropical storm Barry.
