:D Joe, when I see "All Natural Ingredients" I'm skeptical. Maybe diesel fuel. Is that considered natural?
They are persistent. They followed me all the way out to the country this afternoon.

Bug for today, waiting on the storm door when I got there. It just sat there for 3 hours, and I thought it was dead, so I poked it and it jumped.

"No No-See-Um Natural contain reverse osmosis water (93%) geranium rose oil (1%), citronella oil (3%), and lemongrass oil (3%). Interestingly, this repellant will kill all sand flies, also referred (in different regions) to as punkie, biting midge, chitra or granny nipper e.t.c."

I also read DEET didn't work (he says so in the video). I have witch hazel, but not the others. I'll try that. Hate to spray bug spray in my ears and up my nose. :p

Had to look up reverse osmosis water. That sounds like the water filters you were talking about earlier in the summer.

Put up my hay for the year. .. Glad that's all done. ;)

When I got ready to dump the kudzu today, I noticed it had mostly dried out in the back of the truck, so I pitched it out on the driveway in the sun instead, spread it around and left it for an hour or so, then piled it up loosely in the garage. This might make 2 days meal for Rusty. Something different and safe for an occasional treat.

When I first got the goats, one summer I went around collecting kudzu from all over the place, and bagged about 18 large leaf bags for them just for fun. They loved it. It came in very useful when one got sick. It was the only thing she would eat.

But wait, there's more... Received a check for $23.41, including interest of $0.50, from the IRS today. It says tax refund, and looks legit. They must have found an error in the opposite direction now. I'm impressed. Sure would be nice to know what the error was.

Oh dear. Forget the previous post. It just dawned on me, this refund would be for the 2018 tax return. That lengthy inquiry was for the 2017 return. It took over a year for them to get to the 2017 return. Sorry for the brain fog. Time is flying.

Sorry I brought this tax refund thing up, but too late to delete/edit it. Anyway, just dropped in to report mystery solved. The check was for exactly the penalty for not having enough withholding taken throughout the year...plus 50 cents interest. Estimated taxes have been taken out this year using EFTPS. Maybe they received some of that money and decided to cancel the penalty? Who knows.

First big home game Saturday. Notre Dame, 8 pm, CBS. UGA favored by 13 points. Not a conference game, but it may mean points toward ranking if they win (Currently only #3, Poo!). See y'all Saturday!

Hey Pam! . Good to hear from you. :D

Yeah. Messy game. Too many penalties. Looking better right now, 20-10, 4th quarter. "Jinx talk" :(

Took a walk to the stadium at half time and missed some of the 3rd quarter. Haven't been around the stadium for a night game in years. Record crowd. So impressive at night, so loud.

    Edit:...Final: ND 17 - UGA 23 . Whew!

Glad I took the walk last night. It was sort of an un-reality check. ;) . I've never been to a game. It would be fun to sit in the stadium for a night game for an hour, just once. The noise level is unbelievable, even from outside.

The red tip clearing has paid off in terms of exercise. The stadium sits in a valley, and there is a series of 115 steps up a steep hill going back. I could take them nonstop better than I could 20 years ago, when I was a workaholic desk potato. Same with the hill leading home.

But how do you maintain exercise like that, when the red tips are gone? :(

I've actually thought about walking up and down the steps, in the house, sideways, some of the time, so you could give those side leg muscles a workout too. ;) I'll go try it right now and see how it goes. :p

Just tried it. You have to face both directions. I'd need a clipboard to remember which way to face each time. o_O

Haha. I have maintained that the reason I'm in fairly good condition is that I go up and down the stairs in this house about 20 times a day. (It's better than nothing.)
