    I've never seen ANY Frankenstein movie, but I was born at the foot of the Frankenstein Castle in Germany.
    They have a different story with their Frankenstein though.

    The films were made in the early 30's and can be seen on You Tube

    @Lon Tanner
    I saw them all, mostly as a young adult, when they were shown on the local horror shows. I believe, but could be wrong, that in one of the later ones, Dr.Frankenstein's hunch-backed helper was played by Charles Bronson, in his youth. Frank

    Actually, Frankenstein was NOT the name of the Monster; it referred to Doctor Frankenstein, who created the monster through the reanimation of dead tissue.

    What eventually came to be called "Frankenstein" was the Monster.
