Well, now, Lon, what have you done with the creatures?!?!? Did you squash them? Did you boil them in oil? Did you push them out in heavy traffic? Ohhhh, those poor, poor creatures!
Evelyn has been here at Oakmont for three years and occupies the apartment next to mine. She is just one of several residents in their 90's. She too uses a walker but walks better than I do. Her hair and attire is always just right and mentally she is one sharp and savy woman.
I do more cooking here of late than ever. Our regional dietician must have been drunk when she signed off on these horrendous menus. Our chef's hands are tied as they terrorize him with firing if he changes one little thing on his own. Good grief, who can work under such stress as that? I eat in my apartment and avoid the drama of the dining room anyhow of which there is too much. Too many people here with dementia these days and don't know whether they are coming or going. Sad.
oh wow, poor Chef, you're right who would or could have a happy working life working under that kind of tension. Good thing you've got the facilities which allow you to eat in your own apartment. BTW love the new avatar...
