Certainly I was never aware of those facts that may influence our sleeping patterns. Great share indeed Terry
Just saw this thread for the first time today, easy to miss things on here. My dreams are all very predictable and have a few common themes.
Me too CC, And I just followed you. I avoid dreaming as much as I can. I've always had nightmares, and I've been a sleepwalker since I was 13. I have been found outside several times, and once I woke up in the back of a police car with two officers staring at me. Talk about weird, and they said they could tell when I woke up. Since Michael has been gone, I now wear PJ's instead of just a gown. I'm also hoping my pups will wake me if I try to go outside. Locks present no trouble evidently because I just unlock them. There are so many insecurities now.
There are times that i would dream the same dream in successive days, i would wonder if there is some message or warning for me the morning after. But since i don't have the capacity to interpret dreams like a symbolist, i just let it be and forget it.
I've just had two dreams on successive days. Nothing strange there, but the second one appeared, from what I can remember, to be a continuation of the first one. Quite what this proves, I have no idea. Perhaps my subconscious is planning a TV series.
