I've been told it tastes better than it sounds. I would just be happy being able to eat bread with anything on it. I miss bread.
@Lon Tanner I've never heard of that particular mix for a salad. Looks good though. What kind of dressing works with strawberries?
@Bess Barber -- My sister-in-law makes a fabulous spinach salad mix with walnuts and strawberries; she uses a poppyseed dressing with it. Yummy!
Before I had to start watching my blood sugar and all that.........I used to use Blue Cheese Dressing as a dip with my chips. I used to also make it with big chunks of blue cheese with sour cream. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm going to make some after my next shopping day.

Well, Lon, not everyone can stay on the same job for years upon years. A company will close, there are layoffs to save money, a department can close, etc., etc.. Heck, I don't even talk to my brother anymore, because he gets on the all "high and mighty" about how I didn't stay on a job, like he did. Heck, my wife didn't either. Does that mean all of us that don't get a nice pension and high SS, were "goof-offs"? With whatever, you do get great looking meals there!
