I use to watch The Wild, Wild West all of the time. Watched Bah, Bah Black Sheep, but not nearly as much. RIP Robert Conrad!
Always liked Black Sheep. When they made films with planes back then the planes were planes and not computer generated images.
He was such a handsome man, even when he got older. He was known for doing his own stunts as an actor.
I read one time that he was so short, he would either stand on a box or other stage items in order to look taller in scenes. I didn't know that as a kid watching him, but I did think he was handsome.
It could've been both since lots of male entertainers don't seem to be real tall. Conrad was around 5'7 1/2" or something like that. It is the same height as me, but if I were wearing heels, I would be taller than him. So, to make him appear macho, they used a variation of tricks.
