Gloria--didn't you say a while back that this all started with a change in medication... or am I making that up? I hope that they can zero in on the issue soon and find help for you.
Yes it did. but I think just coincidence. My lower back had been and still locks up easily..am beginning to wonder if all this has something to do with that. Still not sure about the swelling part.
I know some meds can cause weird allergic reactions. My mother took something years ago that made her tongue swell... it was terrifying. Have you considered stopping that medication temporarily (check with doctor first)?? I feel so bad for you, Gloria.
@Gloria Mitchell I so hope you and the doctors find answers to all this. You shouldn't be going so long this way, must really wear you down. Keeping hopes soon for you.
Think this really is a strong possibility, side effects/reaction Has this been considered yet with Doctors ? @Gloria Mitchell
Heart doctor only cut dosage of one med. Then he deleted two because of extreme fatigue and very low blood pressure. He then added potassium because I was low. After the swelling began he added Lasix- it does help some. Although I feel like my body is carrying twenty pounds of fluid after weighing daily...it does not. Every thing I have asked about to any of the doctors the answer is always No. The loss of mobility in my arms is baffling. One suggested a stroke. Not even sure if the mobility problem is part of the other issue. It is hard to move about at times. It is painful. Maybe the Scan will show something.
