Can you share to us some inspirational quotes for senior citizens that will inspire us all through the way in our journey while growing old.... My first quote..... "It's not the years in your life that counts. It's the life in your years!".....
"Age Is Just A Number".........well, NO, can't really do that one because there are times, with muscle aches/pains, that we sure don't believe in that statement.
You are Welcome! You are absolutely right! It doesn't mean that if we are already old we will stop already to have an inspiration in life...or to be an inspiration to other people..
This quote also inspire me... "There is a fountain of youth: it is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age." -- Sophia Loren
Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at 20 or 80. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young. ~Henry Ford
Live your Life, take chances.. be crazy, don't wait. ..because right now is the oldest you're ever been and the youngest you'll ever be again!
Like Amy's quote one of my sayings that I made up one day after being with my best friend we were talking as usual, and her husband told her when she went through life's difficulties, live and learn, about learning. It stuck with me, live and learn, so now I just add life is for learning and you don't feel so bad or ignorant when you go through life's difficulties.
@Krissttina Isobe It is absolutely right that learning is a lifetime journey...the more we age the more that we should not stop learning things to make our minds active and to learn more wisdom in life.
A comfortable old age is the reward of a well-spent youth. Instead of its bringing sad and melancholy prospects of decay, it would give us hopes of eternal youth in a better world. -Lydia M. Child-
