Today was a huge peak, but this afternoon there was a minor blip worth mentioning. Pit: Picked up French Onion chip dip by mistake. I was skeptical. Peak: I like it. And it doesn't have garlic as an ingredient. I thought ice cream was the only thing they don't put garlic in, nowadays (exaggeration).
Well I must say this day is not starting off well first of all I managed to dump coffee grinds into the floor very early this morning. I just emptied the washing machine and found what looks like probably the washing machine manual fell inside the machine and now I have wet paper everywhere. Another small mishap ones which I don't bear to repeat. At some point today I'll take a nap and perhaps all this will go away hahaha.
Like I said earlier, 'sweet dreams' Seriously though - these 'off days' are a right pain 'cos its never just one thing is it …. Hope your day improves x
No pits, no peaks. Just middle stream I suppose. Too much going on that defies reason but then, something pops up that gives me a little hope that in the end, things will workout. Whilst people are rioting and protesting all over the U.S., I saw an older black woman and a little girl who I think is her grand daughter going down the street in front of our home yesterday on...skateboard scooters. They were laughing and enjoying the company of each other. Peaceful, simple. I smiled and I too was at peace. I heard in the news that our National Anthem will no longer be played at some Professional Baseball games and that the Black National Anthem will be played in its stead. I became upset but then I found something out about it. In a time when people are trying to take God out of everything, the Black National Anthem is a hymn. Whether by design or by accident, they have chosen God to be at the forefront. I smiled. The Derned fireworks started again a couple of nights ago and was still banging away again last night!!! They are Illegal within the city limits! Thousands of dollars going up in arrays of fireballs, sparks and noise in a neighborhood where people are finding it hard to pay their rent. As the blood in my brain started to boil, a thought came to me. There’s so much turmoil in this country. Looters, arsonists, terrorism and riots but .......that isn’t going on here. People here are shooting fireworks and probably more fireworks than I have seen in the past 10 or so years. It is just fireworks and...... Maybe, one or two or more people who are shooting off those fireworks are truly celebrating that eventful day in 1776, when against all the odds, the birth of a new nation made it’s presence known. I smiled.
Not sure what the Peak of my day will be other than I am getting some serious cleaning done. Pit wise had to call hubby from from the garage to come help me from floor of bathroom. I did not fall! I was on knees cleaning the tub and could not get up because of hands and arms. I keep forgetting this is a tissue, muscle, joint disease. Will clean the next tub with a mop..no more floor for me
Its horrible - when I got down to the floor and couldn't get up it was truly scary, its a no go area now and its more than frustrating - so fed up with being limited
Pit....Just found out that the stuff I bought from Amazon will never reach me. I told them in shipping instructions that I don't get deliveries from USPS so they sent it visa USPS.
