I've never been a fan of hot tea, except maybe when I have a bad cold and sip a lemon and honey concoction. I do enjoy a cold iced tea, though.

My mother was British. I grew up drinking fresh-brewed loose tea from A&P grocery stores (The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company.) When she started working, she made the switch to Red Rose tea bags.

I've also experimented with a bunch of green tea as an adult, mostly an expansion of liking Asian foods.

I don't drink tea all that often any more. Don't know why. I find the caffeine kick to be way less harsh than coffee. If I have tea at a restaurant, I use 2 bags and let it steep for a while. I have to avert my gaze when people get a second cup out of a bag.

My favorite tea is the Earl Grey tea with bergamot, and I just ordered a variety pack from Amazon.
It has the regular Earl Grey, and a Double Bergamot Earl Grey, and one called Breakfast in Paris, which I have never tried before.
According to the information about this tea, it is Earl Grey , but with a dash of lavender and vanilla; so I am interested in trying this one , too.

Here is what it says about Breakfast in Paris tea:
Meet your new crush. Named after the City of Love, because this blend of lavender, bergamot citrus, and vanilla will have you longing to brew up cup after cup. Yes, this interesting and fragrant tea blend has a certain je ne sais quoi. It just might make you fall in love... with the tea, that is.
You might want to call your new love a lavender tea, and you wouldn’t necessarily be wrong as the lavender is a forward flavor in this blend. But what you really have with Breakfast in Paris is a captivating Earl Grey lavender tea, with a hint of vanilla.
